Member of the Year

This award is the highest honor bestowed upon members of the Executive Board of Directors of the Public Purchasing Association of North Central Texas. It is given to a member who has demonstrated outstanding service to the PPANCT through the giving of their contribution of time, talents, and resources to further the goals and objectives of the association.

We are proud to announce and award this year’s 2024 Member of the Year Award to Janine Carpenter with the City of Lewisville. 

Janine has been a dedicated member of our association for several years. Throughout that time, she has shown unwavering commitment to improving both our operations and the relationships within the industry. As Supplier Showcase chairperson, not only did she spearhead the abundantly successful 2024 Supplier Showcase, but she did so with an unmatched level of professionalism and teamwork.
